Giles McIvor is a commercial general and underground utility contractor specializing in the construction of retail, sports, restaurant, shopping centers, office, industrial, healthcare and hospitality projects throughout the Southeastern United States. Our reputation has been built on our ability to strictly adhere to project schedules and our overall sensitivity to budget constraints. We have compiled and constantly update commercial construction cost data across the country along with developing current pricing models for numerous local and national commercial projects. Giles McIvor has the experience and the resources to build projects in NC, SC, TX, GA, LA and FL as we have done for Pet Paradise, Lennar and Park-N-Fly. Our services range from Pre-Construction planning and feasibility to General Contracting, Construction Management and Design / Build. Giles McIvor’s primary focus and overall concentration is to deliver quality construction and services to our clients by valuing our employees, subcontractors, consultants and vendors.

Our Culture
Our passion extends beyond our client’s projects. Our licensed staff contribute to many local and international community projects. Rick Giles has traveled to Haiti twice a year since 2003 to build churches and schools with Haiti Outreach Mission, a nonprofit headquartered in Virginia partnered with Misek. Both our internal employees and our subcontractors have worked together for many years. Built on similar values, we build our relationships for long term sustainability.
Our History
For almost two decades, our company has worked with clients to bring their vision to life. From half million dollar conversions to multi-million dollar projects, our team of qualified staff facilitate the construction lifecycle, working in coordination with engineering, architects and finance. Some of our project highlights include real estate, office condominiums, retail centers, industrial warehouse, healthcare facilities, sports and swim complexes, parking garages and eco-towers and hardscapes.
