Jacksonville, FL. – November 10, 2020 – Giles McIvor promoted Cab McIvor to President.
McIvor replaces Rick Giles who retired from Giles McIvor last month. He will be responsible for strategic planning and the overall performance of all construction projects and contracts.
In his position as Vice President, McIvor was instrumental in positioning Giles McIvor to become a leader in the construction management space building a strong reputation built on adherence to project schedules and our overall sensitivity to budget constraints. As the economy shifted and construction spending increased, he continued to focus on delivering quality construction and services to their clients while managing construction cost data across the country along with developing current pricing models for numerous local and national commercial projects.
McIvor brings with him twenty years of experience in construction management, of which fifteen were with Giles McIvor. He holds B.S. degree in Real Estate and Finance from Florida State University.
