Plaza Clubhouse and Prime Grill, located in Orlando, Florida hired Giles McIvor to complete the commercial build. The project included a large Country Club Clubhouse in Champions Gate, Florida with a state of the art chop house-style restaurant with expo kitchen features, pizza ovens, and private Oak Room Dining. The property includes putting greens, pickleball courts and a two-tiered heated pool with bridges and waterfalls, spas and trellis cabana areas. These outdoor amenities are complemented with the well-appointed billiard and poker game room, concierge services and a full fitness center with shower and sauna facilities.
